Terms of Service

By accessing or using Ideon ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use Ideon.

Ideon is a simulation platform for idea trading. Users can list ideas as tradeable tickers and buy and sell simulated shares using free platform credits. No real money is involved in trading. Credits have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for currency or assets of any kind.

Ideon is not a securities exchange, investment advisor, broker-dealer, money transmitter, or financial institution. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You are responsible for determining whether your use of Ideon complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

All new accounts receive a starting balance of simulation credits. Credits are used to buy and sell idea shares within the platform. Credits have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or withdrawn.

All trades are subject to a simulated 3% fee (1% platform, 2% creator), deducted from credits. Prices are determined by an automated bonding curve mechanism.

Ideon offers a paid subscription product — Ideon Signals (the VC Dashboard) — available to verified investors at $5,000/year or $500/month. This is a data and analytics service. Subscription fees are processed via Stripe and are subject to our refund policy: no refunds after 7 days of the billing period.

You agree not to:

• Manipulate markets, coordinate artificial price movements, or engage in wash trading
• Use the platform for money laundering or other illegal purposes
• Create fake or misleading idea listings
• Attempt to exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended platform behavior
• Use the platform if you are a politically exposed person or located in a sanctioned country

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

By listing an idea, you warrant that it does not infringe any third-party rights, is not defamatory, and does not constitute a securities offering. You grant Ideon a perpetual, royalty-free license to display your listing.

Ideon reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion without notice or refund.

Trading on Ideon uses simulation credits with no real monetary value. You acknowledge that:

• Credits cannot be withdrawn or converted to real currency
• Platform software may contain bugs or errors
• The platform is in beta and may have unresolved issues
• Ideon may modify, suspend, or terminate the platform at any time

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IDEON DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL IDEON BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
