When you use Ideon, we collect:

• Wallet address — when you connect a crypto wallet
• Email address — if provided during account setup
• Profile information — username, display name, bio (optional)
• Transaction data — trades, deposits, withdrawals, and balances
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, timestamps
• Contact form submissions — name, email, message content

We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or payment card information.

• To operate the platform and process trades
• To credit deposits and process withdrawal requests
• To send transaction confirmations and important account notices
• To detect and prevent fraud, manipulation, and abuse
• To improve the platform and understand usage patterns
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Transactions on public blockchains (Solana, Ethereum/Base) are publicly visible by nature. Your wallet address and transaction history are permanently recorded on the blockchain and outside our control. We cannot delete or modify on-chain data.

We share your data only with:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Law enforcement — when required by valid legal process

We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.

We retain account data as long as your account is active. Trade history and transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for legal and compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your profile information by contacting us, but transaction records cannot be deleted.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), row-level security on our database, and service role key isolation. However, no system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your data.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. We may add analytics tools in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your profile (subject to retention requirements)
• Object to certain processing activities

Ideon is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will close it and delete associated data.

We may update this policy. We will post the revised date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
